[JIRAALIGN-1634] Value Streams: RACI assignments opens in current window rather than slide out

Issue Summary

When editing the process steps of a value stream, use of the "add" buttons shows an unformatted page. This should be a slide out, not a page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Value Streams and open a stream
2. Go to the Process Step tab and click the # to open the RACI
3. Make a change and click the add button

Expected Results

Edit take effect within the slideout

Actual Results

We are redirected to viewRAM which displays in the current tab rather than the slideout being refreshed with the edit

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
NOTE the change seems to take effect in local testing so this may just be cosmetic, however ugly
