Issue Summary

This is caused because if two features get deleted but the ids are still existing in the milestone/feature table relationship it will cause a UI issue and customer will hit an unknown planning issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Delete a feature in Jira
2. Step 2 - Feature is now deleted in Jira bug the Jira Align feature IDs still exist via the database table
3. Step 3 - Run Program Board for related to the program of the deleted feature
4. Step 4 - Confirm if the feature is still visible on the program board

Expected Results

When features are deleted in Jira and the connector is configured to delete the corresponding feature in Jira Align, the Jira Align feature will no longer show on the Program Board

Actual Results

User will see an incorrect program board planning issue.
