[JIRAALIGN-1595] Objectives Details - "Check-in" button should be renamed "Override"

Issue Summary

The "Check-In" button on the Objectives and Strategy Items slide in panel should be renamed to "Override", since users can only Override their scores (there are no values to update).

Reproduces on any internal Jira Align instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in and Navigate to any Objectives grid in Jira Align.
2. Click on an objective to bring up its slide out window
3. Look for the Circular Score chart on the right side of the window. Just beneath it is a button that says Check-in. Clicking on it only gives the user the opportunity to override.

Expected Results

The button be labeled "Override"

Actual Results

The button is labeled "Check in", which is confusing about what its purpose really is.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
