Issue Summary

Kanban Board: 'Submit Reason' and 'Close' buttons in the Exceeding Limit dialog are not working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to any Kanban Board.
3. Enable Allow Overloading in board settings.
4. Set WIP limit for any column.
5. Move several items to this column to overload it.
6. Click on 'Submit Reason' and 'Close' buttons in the Exceeding Limit dialog

Expected Results

When clicking 'Submit Reason' dialog is closed and the card is added to the column
When clicking 'Close' dialog is closed and the card is not added.

Actual Results

Nothing happens.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
