Issue Summary

Features: The "T-Shirt Size" field only shows on Feature work item screens when the "Estimate" field is also enabled on the Details Panels Settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the estimation method used for a Portfolio under Jira Align Admin > Platform > Portfolio Specific Configurations to be "T-Shirt Size"
2. Under Jira Align Admin > Details Panels Settings set the toggle for "T-Shirt Size" to enabled and "Estimate" toggle to disabled
3. Navigate to the Feature grid and observe a Feature from the Portfolio

Expected Results

To be reviewed by Jira Align Product Management: The "Estimate" field under Jira Align Admin > Details Panel Settings would not correlate to estimation systems such as "T-Shirt Size" showing on the Feature screen.

Actual Results

The "T-Shirt Size" field not now show on the Feature screen. If you enable the "Estimate" toggle under Jira Align Admin > Details Panels Settings the field will begin showing

Workaround

Enabling the "Estimate" toggle under Jira Align Admin > Details Panel Settings will render the "T-Shirt Size" on the Feature screen.
