Issue Summary

Program Board: 'Program' term in the History dialog is not tied to the terminology

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login. 
2. Go to Administration>Platform Terminology
3. Change singular for Program term. 
4. Save. 
5. Go to the Program Board. 
6. Open History. 

Expected Results

'Program' term is updated according to changes in the Platform Terminology

Actual Results

'Progam' term is not updated. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
