Issue Summary

Roadmap: Searching for Tags to Filter with timesout or takes 20 plus seconds to load when there is a large count of tags in a site

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Roadmaps
2. Click Filters and Set a filter for Tags
3. Click the text box to Select a Tag for filter

Expected Results

The Tags selection dropdown under Roadmap > Filter > Tags would use a different dropdown that would not take 20+ seconds to load potential tag options

Actual Results

In customer sites with a really high number of tags the Roadmap Filter dropdown for Tags takes 20+ seconds to display tags or completly timesout and does not display tags

Workaround

Occasionally refreshing the page or waiting for 20 seconds will load the tags in the dropdown and users will be able to select a tag
