[JIRAALIGN-1560] Story Audit Report - Dates Missing for Dev Complete and Test Complete when syncing from Jira

Issue Summary

No Dev Complete or Test Complete dates are getting logged in the Story Audit Report if the Statuses on a story are set from Jira and synced to Jira Align.

If the Statuses are set directly in Jira Align, then the Dev / Test Complete dates are properly logged in the report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align
2. Ensure all Prerequisite Criteria are met for the Story Audit Report
3. Ensure that Jira Align is configured to sync with a Jira Instance.
4. On Jira, change the Status on a story so that it will sync to either "Dev Complete" or "Test Complete" on Jira Align.
5. Verify that the synchronization occurred via the Story's audit log:
   
6. Navigate to the Story Audit Report and look for the respective Story
7. Check the Dev Complete and Test Complete columns for that Story.

Expected Results

The Dev Complete and Test Complete columns should populate with the date that the status was set.

Actual Results

The columns are empty.

Workaround

The columns on the report will populate properly if the Dev Complete / Test Complete statuses are set from Jira Align
