Issue Summary

RV Roadmap: Filtering by Product from Context Menu doesn't work. Archived RVs appear in the report

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Select Some Program and Release in the Context menu. Several RVs should be tied to this configuration. At least one RV should be Archived.
3. Go to the Release Vehicle Roadmap.
4. Check the report.
5. Apply tier 1 filtering by Product.
6. Check the report.

Expected Results

 
1. We should hide Archived RVs from this report. As based on help 'The Release Vehicle Roadmap report helps you assign features to release vehicles.', so this report is used for planning and there is no need to show Archived RVs here.

2. Archived RVs should also not appear in tier 1
3. Product from Context Menu should filter the Features list.

Actual Results

Archived RVs appear in the report. Filtering by Product is not working

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
