[JIRAALIGN-1542] Epic long Program name prevents editing of the Additional Programs

Issue Summary

Long program name doesn't truncate what results in expanding of the program drop-down and impossibility of adding the additional programs to the epic

Steps to Reproduce

There should be a solution in the application. The solution should contain the program that has the title of 80+ symbols

1. Create a new epic with the program from preconditions assigned
2. After epic is saved try to add the additional programs

Expected Results

User can normally add the additional program

Actual Results

Additional programs 'Add' sign is overlapped with the side panel and is not reachable neither in standard nor in the full-screen view.

Workaround

As a workaround we suggest adding the additional programs to the epics using an import functionality.
