Issue Summary

Items can be set as favourite multiple times causing duplicate entries in My Report tab in Status Report

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Status Report
2. Select one of the Status Report tab like Programs
3. In the Programs tab set a specific program as a favourite by clicking the star icon.
4. Now, select "My Report" tab and you should be able to see the program you set as a favourite.
5. Select Programs tab again and noticed that the user can still set the previously set favourite program as a favourite.

Expected Results

User should not be able to set the previously selected item as a favourite again

Actual Results

user can select a program/portfolio/Theme.. as favourite multiple times causing duplicates in My Report tab.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
