Issue Summary

Status Report: After drilling into an Epic, clicking "Extra Configs" will make the "Back" button disappear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Status Reports" with a Program and PI in Configuration bar
2. Click on one of the panels to access a report
3. Drill into an Epic to land on the Record Status
4. Observe - you see Back button on the top
5. Now in "Extra Configs" - make changes -> save
6. Come back to record status
7. Back button disappears

Expected Results

"Back" button would not disappear

Actual Results

"Back" button disappears

Workaround

Use the Navigation Menu to return to the Status Report
