Issue Summary

Backlog: MW/TW estimates are not displayed properly in Epics and Capabilities Backlog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. For any Portfolio set estimation System to TW/MW.
3. In Administration>Platform>Protfolio set 'Display Week Estimates In:' to Member Weeks.
4. For any Epic and Capability set MW estimate to some value.
5. Go to the Backlog and Turn on Weeks column to on for Epics and Capabilities.
6. Check What is populated in this column for Epics and Capability from Step 4.

Expected Results

Member Week Estimate that was defined on Epics/Capability Edit panel appears.

Actual Results

Value is displayed in TW(MW/6), but according to the configuration it should be displayed in MW.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
