[JIRAALIGN-1494] Nulls showing up in "Release Vehicle" field on 10.71 test instances

Issue Summary

On test environments running Jira Align 10.71, the Release vehicle drop down is showing Null values on all work items ( Features, Stories and Defects)

Steps to Reproduce

*Reproduces on bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com

1. Log in and navigate to any work item grid. For a quick look at an affected item, look up Feature id 10309 on bimodal
2. Click on the id of the work item to bring up its details slide-out
3. Scroll down and click on the "release vehicles" drop down menu
4. view the choices

Expected Results

No 'null' entries should be seen. It it not clear what they represent, but, they are clickable and can be added as a Release Vehicle from the drop down menu. Screenshot attached.

Actual Results

Users should not see these null values, as it's not clear if they actually represent something.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
