[JIRAALIGN-1489] Epic: Slide Out Menu Option Epic Planning Doesn't List PIs in chronological

Issue Summary

When you view the Epic Planning view report, PIs are showing in alphabetical order not chronological.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Set multiple PIs on an Epic
2. Step 2 - Ensure these PIs aren't alphabetical & chronological (very key for this test case)
3. Step 3 - Run Epic Planning via Epic slide out
4. Step 4 - Notice the PI order

Expected Results

PIs should be in chronological order

Actual Results

Epic Planning view appears to list PI's in alphabetical order rather than chronological
