Issue Summary

Release (PI) Scope Change Report only shows Features with child stories from two different programs

Steps to Reproduce

Configuration:
2 Programs connected to Jira
1 PI this two programs share
Features and Stories integrated with Jira. Some Features are single Program and some are multiprogram.

1. Go to Release (PI) Scope Change Report.
2. Check if Features that have Stories only in one Program appear in the Report.

Expected Results

Features that have Stories only in one Program appear in the report

Actual Results

They do not appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
