Roadmap: Feature bar is shifted on one day when clicking on it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Roadmap.
   //I wasn't able to figure out how exactly but Users Time zone is somehow affecting this. If you need help with reproducing this please ping me.
3. Change Time Zone on your PC and click on Feature bar.

Expected Results

The bar size is not changed.

Actual Results

The bar is shifted on one day

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
