Issue Summary

When users are trying to change the Jira instance URL in the connector settings - the connector is caching old URL and leads users there instead of redirecting to the new URL

Steps to Reproduce

There should be a Jira connector set up for the 'URL X' with an OAuth authentication method.

1. Open connector settings for the connector from preconditions
2. Change the URL to 'URL Y'
3. Follow the steps from the guide to set up the new OAuth
4. Click the 'Request Jira for access' button on the connector settings page

Expected Results

The user is redirected to the 'URL Y' to finish the setup.

Actual Results

The user is redirected to the 'URL X'.

Workaround

The workaround for this issue would be the manual connector reset.
