Progress by Objective: Filtering by Theme doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create two Themes.
3. Create Epic under each Theme.
4. Create Feature under each Epic.
5. Create several Objectives of different Tiers.
6. Link Objectives to different Epics and Features.
7. Go to the Progress by Objective report.
8. Apply filtering by Theme in Extra Configs.

Expected Results

Hide extra configs as theme was not intended to a filter here. 

Actual Results

Some sections of the report are not filtered, others are filtered in the incorrect way:

• Totals: Not filtered at all;
• Progress charts: No data appears;
• Objective Status By Iteration: No data appears;
• Objectives Planned Vs Actual: Not filtered at all;

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
