[JIRAALIGN-1467] Missing program team after creation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your T1 filter to a specific Portfolio
2. Create a new Program and set the Portfolio based from step 1
3. Now navigate to Team grid view and look for the Program team that is supposed to be associated with the newly created program.

Expected Results

The Program team based on the newly created Program should be in the team list.

Actual Results

The new Program team is not listed.

Workaround

Reset the T1 filter and set it back again. It will now display the newly created team.
