[JIRAALIGN-1466] Planned Points vs Accepted – Extra Config – Whoops Error when adding teams

Issue Summary

The Planned Points vs Points Accepted Report can throw a whoops error after adding teams via the Extra Configs setting

Reproduces on Bimodalinternal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Lot in to bimodal and navigate to the points planned report via: https://bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com/PointsPlannedVsAccepted
2. Agilecraft core as the program in Tier1
3. Use Charlotte Hardkiss GNR and Atlanta for PIs
4. Load the report
5. Click Extra Configs
6. Click on the Team box and start adding teams
7. I loaded seven teams into the box...see screenshot:
   
8. Click Apply

   Expected Results

   Report should reload with the teams added.

Actual Results

Page throws a whoops error
When typing in the following into the dev tools console after reproducing:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior, aside from loading a fewer amount of teams into the Report's confiuration. A workaround will be added here when available
