Issue Summary

I am submitting a defect for the following Prioritizing/ranking article as the verbiage is not clear on whether Pull/Push rank (ie. Rank in the external tool) is for all features and stories, or if this can be limited to only stories from a specified filter (give that PI is set to none). We aren't clear in our documentation if pull rank will impact other workitems associated with a feature or story associated with the work items that have been updated by pull Rank. 

We just need the help article below to identify all the impacted work items that will be modified when the pull rank is executed. Also, the relationship between teams that prioritize in Jira vs teams that prioritize in Jira Align. When the Jira team pulls rank how does this impact both teams in Jira Align when it relates to the Feature backlog.

Steps to Reproduce

There is Team 1 and Team 2 connected to JA. Team 1 uses JA to work on their story backlog prioritization. Team 2 uses Jira to work on their backlog prioritization. Team 2 pulls rank for their stories -
