Strategic Backlog: Stand-Alone Features are displayed in the Epics list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Configure instance not to show Stand-alone Features in the Epics list.
3. Go to Strategy Management.
4. Select Some Snapshot with data.
5. Open Epics list.

Expected Results

If toggle 44 is enabled, stand-alone features don't appear in the Epics list.

Actual Results

Stand-alone Features appear in the Epics List.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
