Issue Summary

T1 program filter for Sprints failed to filter out the selected program if the team assigned to that program is deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you have a release and sprints setup for a particular program.
2. Navigate to Teams and delete the team assigned to that Program in step 1.
3. Go to Sprints grid and set the T1 filter based on the program.

Expected Results

Should be able to filter out sprints based on T1 filter.

Actual Results

T1 filter of that particular program doesn't work.  It shows sprints that are from other programs.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
