[JIRAALIGN-1424] Objectives: '&' in Release Name is populated as HTML code

Issue Summary

Objectives: '&' in Release Name is populated as HTML code

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Releases grid.
3. Rename any Release something with '&' in the title.
4. Create Objective and assign it to the Release from Step 3.
5. Go to the Objectives grid and check how '&' appears in the Release column.

Expected Results

'&' sign is displayed properly.

Actual Results

'&' sign is displayed as HTML Code

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
