[JIRAALIGN-1422] Program Board: External Dependencies are not filtered by Extra Configs>Epic filter

Issue Summary

Program Board: External Dependencies are not filtered by Extra Configs>Epic filter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create External Dependency and assign it to some Feature.
3. Go to the Program Board.
4. Open Extra Configs, Apply filter by Epic. Epic should not be linked to the Feature from Step 2.

Expected Results

External Dependency doesn't appear on the Program Board as it has no relation to the Epic Program board is filtered by

Actual Results

Dependency Appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
