      Issue Summary

      Work Tree: State and Type icon doesn't appear for multiprogram Capabilities

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Select Any Program and PI with enabled Capabilities in Tier 1.
      3. Go to Work Tree.
      4. Set view to Top-down.
      5. Expand Any Epic that contains Multiprogram Capability.

      Expected Results

      State and Type icon appears for Multiprogram Capability.

      Actual Results

      These Icons are missing.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
