Issue Summary

Jira Align Admin > Jira Management > Jira Boards: Filtering by Board ID on some Boards cannot find the searched Board

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Jira Align Admin > Jira Management > Jira Boards
2. Filter by Board ID or name on a Board that leads to this issue (Board ID 198 in bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com is an example).

Expected Results

The filtered Board would be found and accessible

Actual Results

Tool tip warning states "There are no records that meet search criteria." and Board appears in line with the search filters instead of below the filters.

Note that the tooltip warning and board name in line with the search filters may not happen when searching by board ID

Workaround

Utilize a Program or Team filter to find the Board under Jira Align Admin > Jira Management > Jira Boards.
