Program Board Quick View Team Target Completion Sprint grayed out after adding Team

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Team to the Program Board Quick View for a Feature that was in the Unassigned Backlog.
2. Attempt to set the Team Target Completion Sprint

Expected Results

1. The user can set Team Target Completion Sprint from the Unassigned Backlog.
   1. If multiple teams are selected, then the feature is assigned to the respective sprints of all the selected teams. 
2. The Team Target Completion Sprint assignment can be adjusted individually (per team) in the feature panel selected from the row/backlog of the specific team (see screen attached)

Actual Results

All selections are grayed out and not selectable

Workaround

• Add Team and select Team Target Completion Sprint at the same time
• Refresh the browser page after selecting Team - the Team Target Completion Sprint is now selectable
