Issue Summary

Time Tracking: Associate Work Code with <Release Vehicle> toggle is displayed as editable one, while a user is not actually able to turn it off

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to Administration>Time Tracking.
3. Turn off Associate Work Code with <Release Vehicle> toggle in General Time Tracking Settings>Work Codes section and click Save.

Expected Results

This toggle is turned on and displayed as not editable or is hidden from UI. In the past, we had an option to choose between Release and Release Vehicle to associate Work Codes with, or both of them. After removing Releases as an option, the Release Vehicle is the only option that remained to choose on UI.

Actual Results

Toggle is displayed as editable, but the user is not able to change its state.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
