[JIRAALIGN-1404] Value Streams: Exit criteria are reordered upon saving

      Issue Summary

      Value Streams: Exit criteria are reordered upon saving

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to Value Streams.
      3. Create new one for any level and program.
      4. Add at least one Step.
      5. Click on Edit Icon for just added Step.
      6. Add a few Exist criteria.
      7. Click Save.

      Expected Results

      Order of Exit Criteria is persisted.

      Actual Results

      Exit criteria order becomes reversed after saving.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
