Issue Summary

Program Board: Features of 'Supporting' type are not shown on Program Board

Steps to Reproduce

Preconditions:

• 'Supporting' Feature with Stories should be created under Program and PI
• Stories should be assigned to Team
  1. Open Program Board for Program and PI from preconditions

Expected Results

Feature from preconditions is present on the Board. 'Supporting type filter for Features would appear under Extra Configs of Program Board.

Actual Results

1. Feature from preconditions is not present on the Board
2. Also there isn't 'Supporting' type filter for Features under Extra Configs

Workaround

Change the Feature's Type from 'Supporting' to another type
