Impediments: Inconsistencies in Email notifications

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Impediments.
3. Trigger Email notification on any Impediment.

Expected Results

1) Terminology is confusing: We use Risks, Issues and Impediment terms when actually talking about Impediment. Should be aligned to use only the Impediment term.

2) Provide a link to the edited item and for the Impediments, the link is missed.

See the received email.

Workaround
