Issue Summary

Roadmaps failed to load when filtered by Feature or Feature by Epic

Steps to Reproduce

(Currently, affecting a specific customer)

1. Navigate to Roadmaps
2. Set T1 filter by Program and PI
3. Filter Roadmaps by "Features" or Feature by Epic"

Expected Results

Roadmaps should load successfully

Actual Results

Nothing is loaded.

The below exception is thrown in Splunk:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Execution Timeout Expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The wait operation timed out

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
