[JIRAALIGN-1391] User can't access ideation portal

Issue Summary

users are not able to access ideation portal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https:/ideas.agilecraft.com
2. Enter username and password
3. click login

Expected Results

User should be able to login and see the ideation page

Actual Results

User is redirected to Atlassian's Centrify login.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
