Issue Summary
When syncing Sprints/Iterations from Rally, the tool is able to push the whole project name as a prefix to the sprint/iteration. If the project name is longer than 24 characters, you are unable to change the team from Kanban to Agile as the UI will throw an error stating the 24 character limit for an iteration prefix has been exceeded.
Steps to Reproduce
If you have Rally:
- Create a project with a name that exceeds 24 characters
- Create Sprints/Iterations and Kanban teams sync
- In Jira Align, find a Kanban team that is assigned to one of the iterations and attempt to change it to an Agile Team.
Expected Results
Team is updated to Agile
Actual Results
Error is thrown stating that the 24 character limit for the sprint prefix is exceeded
Error
Workaround
Manually edit the iterations/sprints to remove the Rally Project name (or shorten it to under 24 characters)
Ensure Rally Project names are not exceeding 24 characters prior to sync (if the intention is to change Kanban to Agile later)
