Issue Summary

Roadmap: Objectives that are tied to Epic don't appear in Epic by Theme view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create Program, Release.
3. Create Theme, Epic, Feature.
4. Create Objective and link it to Epic.
5. Go to the Roadmap in Epic by Theme view.
6. Open Milestones dialog and turn on Objective Milestones.

Expected Results

Epic objective appears in the list.
I have checked if Capability Objective appears in Capability by Epic, and it appears, so the same here Epic Objective should be listed in Epic by Theme view.

Actual Results

Epic Objective doesn't appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
