Issue Summary

An error is displayed after copying a role

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration > Roles
2. Scroll to Copy Role
3. Copy an existing role

Expected Results

The role should be copied successfully.

Actual Results

An error is displayed on the page.:

Workaround

After the page is loaded with the error. Just select another role from the drop down list and now you can navigate back to your newly copied role.
