Issue Summary

Approve All in time approval is throwing an error. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Time Track
2. Select the Time Approval tab
3. Ensure you have entries to approve
4. Click "Approve All"
5. Click "Continue"

Expected Results

User should be able to. successfully approve

Actual Results

An error is thrown.

Workaround

Set a time approver where the user's UID is numeric.
