      Issue Summary

      Capabilities: 500 Error when opening Status Report.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login. 
      2. Go to the Capabilities grid. 
      3. Open any Capability. 
      4. Click on Status Report in side menu links. 

      Expected Results

      The report is loaded. 

      Actual Results

      500 Error appears. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
