Issue Summary

Framework Maps: Moving mouse pointer away from image cutter closes Image selection dialog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to Framework Maps.
3. Create a new map.
4. Select Image.
5. In image cutter area grab the top left corner of the image and drag it out of image selector.

Expected Results

Image resized, Dialog is not closed.

Actual Results

The dialog is closed.

Workaround

Moving the pointer carefully without moving it out from Image selector resizes it properly.
