[JIRAALIGN-1353] Dependency: Cross PI dependency doesn't appear in the Dependencies grid when filtering it by Depends on Program and PI

Issue Summary

Dependency: Cross PI dependency doesn't appear in the Dependencies grid when filtering it by Depends on Program and PI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. You should have 2 Portfolios, with at least one Program in each Portfolio and Agile Team under each Program. Each hierarchy should have its own PI.
3. Create Dependency From Agile Team from the first hierarchy to the Agile Team from the second hierarchy.
4. Commit to Dependency.
5. In the Context Menu Select Program and PI from the second hierarchy.
6. Go to the dependencies grid.
7. Select To do view.

Expected Results

Dependency appears.

Actual Results

Dependency doesn't appear.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
