Issue Summary

Status Reports: Some of the special characters are displayed as HTML code in the Report title

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login. 
2. Create Portfolio, Program or Organizational Structure with " and & in the title. 
3. Go to The Status Report landing page. 
4. Select Portfolio, Program or Organizational Structure report. 
5. Check how the report title appears in the list. 

Expected Results

Special characters appear normally.

Actual Results

" and & appears as HMPL entity code.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
