      Status Reports: Apostrophe is duplicated in Health comments

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Go to Status Reports.
      3. Open health for any Epic.
      4. Provide comment with Apostrophe.
      5. Save.
      6. Reopen

      Expected Results

      Single Apostrophe is displayed in the comment.

      Actual Results

      The Apostrophe is duplicated.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
