[JIRAALIGN-1337] Strategic Driver Allocation Report - Bad Formating in Strategic Driver Column

Issue Summary

The text is not getting formatted properly in the Strategic Driver Allocation report under the Strategic Driver column.

Reproduces on bimodalinternal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align
2. Navigate to https://<customerURL>.agilecraft.com/StrategyAllocationPIReport?FirstTime=True
3. Look at the Driver Allocation Pie Chart and notice the labels on the different percentages (for example: "Innovate1: 100%". Compare that to the Strategic Driver column right below it and note the formatting.

Expected Results

The Strategic Driver Column value should be formatted better, for example it should display "Innovate1: 100%"

Actual Results

Instead there is no spacing and no colon between the Strategic Driver and the percent value. It is all smashed together like so:
"Innovate1100"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
