[JIRAALIGN-1336] Updates to the Strategy Items trim the Description to 100 characters

Issue Summary

Updates to the Strategy Items (Mission/Vision/Goals - it doesn't matter which) trim the Description to 100 characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Strategic Backlog
2. Add a new Strategy Item having Description with more than 100 characters
3. Open the same Strategy Item and Save it again.
4. Description text is trimmed to 100 characters

Expected Results

Description keep full text with the same length up to 1000 characters

Actual Results

Description text is trimmed to 100 characters
