Issue Summary

After assigning features to risks, the work item is not hyperlinked in the slide out panel making it difficult to navigate to again. This is also inconsistent with out how other associations on panels are handled. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Assign a feature to a risk
2. Notice no hyperlink

Expected Results

Features, Themes, and Epics should be hyperlinked if they associated to the risk. 

Actual Results

No hyperlink, just static name
