Issue Summary

Currently when a user's session time's out, they are sent to the Jira Align login page, but they should be redirected to the sign out URL configured in admin. Users who are accustomed to utilizing a Single Sign On link to access Jira Align when manual login is still enabled become confused when being taken to the Jira Align login page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a different URL in Jira Align Admin > Platform > Security

1. Time out of a session

Expected Results

Redirected to the customer configured URL

Actual Results

Redirected to JA login page
