Issue Summary

Epic: Add Risk, Objective, Dependency is visible on Epic form for the user that has disabled Add permission for respective items

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create Role that has Add/Edit for Epics and has disabled permissions for Add Risk, Objective, Dependency etc.
3. Assign a user to this role.
4. Login as this user.
5. Open Epic.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the Epic Edit.

Expected Results

Add button is not visible for Risk, Objective, Dependency, Success Criteria

Actual Results

Add button is visible.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
