Backlog Kanban View: Incorrect tooltip for Points loaded

Issue Summary

Backlog Kanban View: Incorrect Label for Points loaded

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to the Backlog>Kanban View>Iteration view.
3. Select a few iterations with some stories assigned.
4. Hover over Points label

Expected Results

'Total Effort Points loaded for this iteration"  tooltip should appear, as these points illustrate total points loaded, not the Velocity,

Actual Results

'Total Effort Points loaded last 5 Iterations' tooltip appears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
